IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE YOU REGISTER

Restoration International is a supporting ministry of the Seventh-day Adventist Church and a member of ASI.  The focus of Family Retreat is practical instruction for the personal Christian walk, marriage, and family.  By attending Family Retreat my family and I agree not to share information, printed or electronic, or share teachings that are not in harmony with the fundamental beliefs of the Seventh-day Adventist Church.

*You must be the legal guardian of any minor that you intend to register and bring to VAFR. If you are related to the child but don't have legal guardianship, you can't register or bring them to VAFR. Minors can ONLY come with their parents or legal guardians.

*I agree not to share, sell, distribute promo material or promote any other events outside RI's organized events.

*No pets allowed according to Camp Bethel RULES contact them directly for information.

*Skates, skateboards, RipSticks, Hoverboards, scooters, or bikes are NOT allowed INDOORS within CAMP BETHEL campground premises.

*Check-in starts on Wednesday, September 4th at 4 pm at the Heritage Lodge. Please do not arrive a day early. You won't be allowed to pitch a tent, set up in any indoor accommodations, or use any of the facilities.

*Onsite registration is $99.99 per person if you wait until the week of the event to register. If you get Saturday-only registration and change your mind and arrive early, you will be charged the onsite registration rate. We highly recommend taking advantage of the early-bird registration pricing.

 LODGING & MEALS POLICY:

*Indoor lodging reservations are per household. Multiple family units CANNOT share a cabin room or any other indoor accommodations.  

*There are NO free meals provided on Sabbath. 

*Meal tickets are purchased via online registration ONLY.  No meal tickets will be sold at the event venue. 

*Last day to add meals to existing reservations is AUGUST 28th, 2024. If possible, please add your meals when you register.

*CAMP BETHEL leadership requests that only people that bought meals eat at the cafeteria. No outside food in the Cafeteria.  

* NO FOOD or DRINKS  IN THE GYM!!!!

CANCELATIONS:

*You have 7 days from the time you register (except if you are registering on or after AUGUST 22nd) to cancel your lodging and meals in order to get refund. No weekend or public holidays are excluded in this 7 days duration. For example, if you register on Friday, JULY 11, you have until Friday, JULY 18 to cancel your reservation and receive refund on lodging and meals only.

*If you register on or after AUGUST 22, your lodging and meals will not be refundable. No exceptions will be made.

Registration fees are not refundable at any time of cancelation.

If you have any questions regarding registration please do not hesitate to contact your host family.

Please note registration fee is per person, not per family. Please register the paying adult first (the primary registrant) and add each additional family member (added family member). You must add each family member attending. Family members are those who live in the same household. Sabbath only attendees must also register. 

Registration tickets are NON REFUNDABLE.

PLEASE NOTE minors attending meeting must come with their legal guardians, no exceptions. 

ADULTS over 18 that ARE NOT OF THE SAME HOUSEHOLD (FAMILY THAT LIVE IN THE SAME HOME) CAN NOT and MAY NOT SHARE LODGING. ROOM MATES ARE NOT CONSIDERED AS SAME HOUSEHOLD UNLESS THEY ARE MARRIED. Siblings who have shared living in same home before are considered from the same household. VAFR's agreement with CAMP BETHEL currently request we remove any person violating this agreement from camp IMMEDIATELY.

FOR THE NEXT THREE QUESTIONS PLEASE ANSWER BEFORE CONTINUING. Prices are determined per person per night. ONLY COUNT EVERYONE ABOVE 2 YEARS OF AGE. IF YOU FAIL to enter these numbers you will not get correct lodging prices. Children 3-11 are half price for all INDOOR LODGING OPTIONS.
